In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company, and "you" refers to anyone using this site.
By accessing or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site is informational. It describes our company, the software products we build and operate, and the services we deliver, and it provides a means of contacting us.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to provide any product or service. Descriptions of our services are indicative. A binding engagement arises only when we and a client have agreed a written scope and quotation, and the client has accepted it.
Nothing on this site constitutes professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your particular circumstances.

You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission. Our status as the author of the content must always be acknowledged.
Intellectual property in work we deliver under a client engagement is dealt with in the agreement for that engagement, not by these terms.
5. Third-party links
This site links to fluence360.com, which is a product operated by AdOrbit360 Private Limited but is a separate website with its own terms and privacy policy. Your use of Fluence360 is governed by the terms published there.
Where we link to any other third-party website, we do so for information only. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their content, and we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
6. Availability
We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site without notice. We are not liable to you if the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
7. Disclaimer
We take reasonable care to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and current, but we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that it is complete, accurate or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties and representations that might otherwise be implied in relation to this site and its content.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Indian law.

- any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss;
- loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or opportunity;
- loss or corruption of data;
- any loss arising from your reliance on information published on this site, as opposed to advice given to you directly in the course of an engagement.
Our liability arising from your use of this site will in no circumstances exceed ₹1,000. Liability arising under a client engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement, not by this clause.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense that we incur as a result of your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of this site.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data submitted through this site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

- Refund & Cancellation Policy — cancellation windows, what is refundable, and how refunds are processed.
- Service Delivery Policy — how and when deliverables are handed over.
Where a signed engagement agreement conflicts with anything on this website, the signed agreement prevails.

13. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, and you and we submit to that jurisdiction.
