Why the company exists

Most software sold to Indian small businesses is either an enterprise tool scaled down and priced beyond what a single-location business can justify, or a template that never quite matches how the business actually runs. AdOrbit360 Private Limited was founded to build for that gap directly — software designed from the outset for a restaurant, a salon or a clinic, at a price and a level of complexity that suits one.

That principle shapes what we build. Fluence360, our flagship platform, exists because influencer marketing has worked well for brands with agencies and barely at all for the local business down the road — whose customers are the people actually watching that content.

What we build and deliver

We work along two lines. The first is our own software: platforms and consumer mobile applications that we design, build, run and support ourselves. The second is our agency arm, which delivers business website development, Google Business Profile setup, video editing and drone shoots.

These are not separate businesses that happen to share a name. The same team does both, and each informs the other — running our own products is what tells us which parts of a client's setup will still matter six months after launch.

How we work with clients

Every engagement starts with a written scope. We agree what is being delivered, what is included, how many revision rounds there are and when it is due, and we quote against that. If something falls outside the scope once work has started, we say so and re-quote, rather than absorbing it quietly or letting the deadline slip without explanation.

We do not run a sales pipeline. If we are not the right people for a piece of work, we will say so. The terms that govern an engagement are set out in our Terms of Use, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy.

Where we are

We operate from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Software and services work is delivered remotely across India. Drone shoots, which need us physically on site, are offered in Lucknow and nearby areas.
