Pricing

What you pay for, and how it is worked out.

We quote per requirement rather than publishing a rate card. This page explains exactly how a quote is arrived at, what is and is not included in it, and how billing works — so there is nothing to discover after you have agreed to it.

Engagement models

Three ways we take on work

Which model applies depends on the service and on whether the work has a defined end point.

Project-based

A defined scope with an agreed deliverable and timeline — a website build, a set of edited videos, a Google Business Profile setup. Quoted as a fixed amount against a written scope before work begins.

Applies to: Website Development · Google Business Profile Setup · Video Editing

Retainer

A recurring monthly engagement for ongoing work — continuing content production, site maintenance and updates, or a standing volume of editing. Billed monthly against an agreed scope of work per month.

Applies to: Ongoing website maintenance · Recurring video production

Per shoot

Drone work is quoted per shoot. The quote covers travel to the location, time on site, and the edited deliverables agreed in the shot list.

Applies to: Drone Shoots

What determines a quote

Six things move the number

Every quote we issue is built from these. If you tell us where you stand on each, we can usually give you a figure the same day.

  1. 1

Scope — number of pages, videos, locations or profiles covered by the engagement.

  2. 2

Complexity — custom design and custom functionality cost more than a standard build.

  3. 3

Turnaround — compressed timelines carry a premium because they displace other scheduled work.

  4. 4

Revisions — the number of revision rounds included is agreed in the quote.

  5. 5

Travel — drone and on-location work outside Lucknow carries a travel component.

  6. 6

Third-party costs — domains, hosting, licensed music, stock assets and paid platform fees are passed through at cost and itemised separately.

Currency, tax and billing

The commercial terms, stated plainly

Currency
All quotes, invoices and payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not quote in other currencies, and we do not apply a conversion rate of our own to any payment.
Goods and Services Tax
Quoted amounts are exclusive of GST unless the quote says otherwise. GST is charged at the rate applicable to the service under Indian law at the time of invoicing, and is shown as a separate line on the invoice.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, licensed music, stock assets, paid platform fees and any permissions required for a shoot are passed through at cost and itemised separately. We do not mark them up, and we tell you about them before they are incurred.
Payment schedule and refunds
The payment schedule for an engagement — advance, milestones and balance — is stated in the quote and agreed before work begins. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our published Refund & Cancellation Policy, and delivery timelines by our Service Delivery Policy.
